How can I schedule a free session with you?

  • You can schedule a free session by contacting me directly by filling out my Goal-Setting Form.

What are your qualifications and certifications?

  • I have been coaching individuals since 2011. I have my Canfitpro Personal Training Certificate and Group Fitness Certificate.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • I accept monthly payments via email money transfer or cash.

Is there a cancellation policy for sessions?

  • Yes. Please inform me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your session.

What happens if I miss a scheduled workout session?

  • If you miss a session without prior notice, it may count as a completed session, and no refund or makeup session will be provided.

Do you offer makeup sessions for missed workouts with prior notice?

  • Depending on availability and scheduling, I do offer a makeup session within a reasonable time frame if notified in advance.

Do you offer group training sessions?

  • Yes, I offer group training sessions for clients who prefer a more social and cost-effective option. I will also be doing group Triathlon, Swim, and Run clinics at various times of the year.

What should I wear and bring to my training sessions?

  • Wear comfortable workout attire and supportive footwear. Bring a water bottle, towel, and any required personal items.

Do you work with clients of all fitness levels?

  • Absolutely! I am experienced in working with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Can you help me with injury rehabilitation?

  • I can work in conjunction with your healthcare professionals to develop a safe and effective workout plan during injury recovery.

Do you offer virtual training sessions?

  • Yes, I do offer virtual training sessions for clients who prefer remote training or during exceptional circumstances.

How long will it take to achieve my fitness goals?

  • The time required to achieve your goals varies based on individual factors such as dedication, consistency, and starting fitness level. We will discuss realistic expectations with you during the initial consultation.
